PORTDA is a marketplace for port & marine services. Buyers (ship agents, charterers, operators) post requests; verified vendors quote; orders are paid securely through escrow and released on completion.
Is PORTDA available as an app?
Yes — there are separate buyer and vendor apps for Android and iOS, plus the full web platform at portda.in.
How much does it cost to join?
Creating a buyer account is free. Vendors can subscribe or unlock individual leads — see our Pricing page.
For buyers
How do I post a request?
Sign in, choose your port and service category, describe the job and submit. Matching vendors are notified and can send you quotations.
How do I compare and accept quotes?
All quotes for a request appear together so you can compare price and terms. Accept one to create an order; you can also counter a quote before accepting.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments are held in escrow and only released to the vendor after you confirm the work is complete.
How do I leave a review?
Once an order is completed, open it and tap “Leave a review” to rate the vendor and share feedback.
For vendors
How do I get verified (KYC)?
Complete the KYC wizard — GST, PAN, address proof and five ship references. Our team reviews and approves it, after which you can access leads and orders.
How do I receive leads?
Leads are requests matching your service category and served ports. A subscription includes a monthly/annual number of lead credits, or you can unlock a single lead.
What is the platform commission?
A small commission applies only when an order completes. The exact rate is shown and confirmed before you submit a quote.
How does advertising work?
You can buy banner placements shown to clients. The Fixed Banner is exclusive per port for its period on a first-paid basis; availability is shown on a calendar before you pay.
Payments & account
What payment methods are supported?
UPI, major credit/debit cards and net banking. You receive an invoice for every payment.
How do refunds work?
Refunds follow the escrow rules and the order's state. Where a paid ad slot can't be honoured, that payment is refunded. See our Terms.
How do I turn off notifications?
